Priti and I both feel we must speak out against racism in any form.
What happened to George Floyd: the absolute violent and institutional injustice, is simply unacceptable.
We stand with those who are taking a stand, who are protesting for a better world. In the coming weeks, we will explore racism in our cities. Here in New Zealand, we will speak up when we come across racist behaviour - and we do.
For now, as we say in Te Reo Māori: kia kaha (stay strong).
